What is a Health Coach?

A Health Coach is someone who will guide and support you through your health and wellness journey. Health Coaches can be a great addition to anyone’s health protocol. Coaches can work in tandem with your doctor to help you make lifestyle modifications to recover from or prevent chronic health concerns

Why did I become a Health Coach?

For many years I struggled with my digestion, mental health, acne, and energy. When I made lifestyle adjustments I found a lot of relief from my symptoms. Making changes in diet, exercise, genetics, and synthetic cleaning and personal care products led me down a path of research and learning that I found myself enjoying. I love to cook healthy Paleo based meals and treat. Experimenting with natural, non-toxic personal care products is a lot of fun. Using essential oils around the house for cleaning, air freshener, and minor illness always makes me happy. I love sharing all of these things that I learn with my friends and family, and I would love to share them with you too!
