I am always on the lookout for a foundation that works really well for me. My skin gets flaky quickly and it also can get oily easily, so I have a hard time finding a foundation that works well.

Maybelline SuperStay Better Skin Foundation is a pretty good one! It is not very heavy and has pretty good pigmentation. It can be worn sheer or easily built up to medium/full coverage. It blends in really well. My favorite way to apply it is with a damp makeup sponge. I really like the idea of the “Better Skin” ingredients. I can’t say if it really works or not. I haven’t really tested it out the way Maybelline says to. They say to use it every day for a couple of weeks to begin to see the benefits. I definitely don’t wear makeup ever single day! And when I do wear it, I like to use different products each time.

Maybelline SuperStay Better Skin Concealer + Corrector is also a great product! I really like this under my eyes. It also works pretty well at covering blemishes. I like to apply this with a damp sponge, or my fingers if I am feeling lazy. It blends really well and is light weight!

One thing I noticed about this line is the shades don’t really match up between the foundation and concealer. I have the lightest shades available. Both are the color number “10” but the foundation is called “Porcelain” and the concealer is called “Ivory”. The concealer is a little bit darker and a bit more pink than the foundation.  …strange!

Have you tried this combo? How do you like it?

I really like it and recommend it!

What is your favorite Maybelline product? I would love to hear in the comments!
