My mom and I recently made our first ever order from Lemongrass Spa. They are an affordable organic/natural/non-toxic skin care, hair care, and makeup brand. One thing we had to add to our cart was the Healing Elements Balm. I’ve heard many good things about it both online and from my chiropractor.

It is such a multi purpose product. You can use it anywhere on your body and it improves the health of your skin pretty quickly. With ingredients like coconut oil, apricot oil, jojoba oil, chamomile and lavender essential oils, as well as vanilla for a yummy scent, it’s no wonder that it works so well and is so loved.

Our Success Stories:

A couple of weeks ago I had a pretty deep, raw rug burn on my pinky knuckle. My nerves burned from the tip of my pinky to my elbow. I stupidly tried straight, undiluted lavender oil on my boo-boo. That was too harsh and made the burning worse. I added a touch of The Honest Co. Healing Balm and did not find any relief. Next, I gave Healing Elements a try. I dabbed a tiny scoop (it came with a little spatula for easy, less messy application) on my raw knuckle, topped it off with a band-aid and found instant relief from the pain. I carried on with that combo a couple of times a day for about a week until my knuckle scabbed over.

Mom has been using it as a night time moisturizer and we both agree that her eyes look less puffy and overall, her skin looks smoother. We have been trying to find a Vaseline replacement for her lips. This didn’t quite match up. She said it absorbed too quickly. She likes the barrier that the Vaseline provides. Do you know of any alternatives for her? Let us know in the comments.

We have been loving this and plan to keep our cupboards stocked with it at all times. It’s such a great multi purpose product that everyone should have on hand!

What are your favorites from Lemongrass Spa? I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments.

Lemongrass Spa’s “Pomegranate Body Polish” | Review

Winter is upon us. Often along with the beautiful, snowy scenes, and cozy clothes, we get dry skin. Exfoliating and moisturizing are two things that I forget to do very easily. But thank goodness there are products out there that can do both at the same time. I’ve just tried Lemongrass Spa’s Pomegranate Body Polish and was blown away by how well it can multi-task…

Four Months at IIN

Since graduating high school in 2014 I haven’t done much to further my education. Instead, I took the time to focus on my health and to work on healing. Its been almost four years since I finished school, so it feels like a good time to dip my toes back into the school scene. I decided to enroll in IIN or the Institute for Integrative Nutrition…

Clay face masks are one of my favorites because you can really see where the oil and gunk are being pulled out. The Deep Sea Masque from Lauren Brooke comes as a powder to be mixed with any liquids of your choosing and is created with so many nourishing ingredients, it’s impossible to not be intrigued by it…
