Ipsy is a monthly subscription service where you receive about 5 deluxe or full-size beauty samples. It is an amazing way to try out new beauty products without spending a fortune. It is just $10 a month. I have been subscribed to Ipsy for almost a year and a half now and I love it! I have no desire to cancel anytime soon! I definitely recommend this to any beauty lover! Beginner or pro.

La Fresh Group “Good Night.” Night Cream. This is light weight but very moisturizing! It’s comfortable to wear, not sticky at all. It actually feels really silky and healthy on the skin. The one thing I don’t like about it is the scent. I think it is supposed to be unscented, but to me, it smells like cucumbers that have been left out on a really hot, muggy day and are starting to go bad. Yum! Right? The smell does dissipate quickly.

I could not link this product in. The Skone website does not seem to be working properly. This is a liner for both the lips and the eyes. That is a cool idea but it also makes me a little uncomfortable crossing germs back and forth like that. I’m sure sharpening it between uses would help but I’m still a little unsure about it. This color (Wine) is really pretty on the lips! The formula is very nice as well! I am curious about how this berry color would look with my brown eyes.

Briogeo Blossom & Bloom Ginseng and Biotin Volumizing Blow Dry Spray. I haven’t given this a proper go yet. I’m not a fan of putting extra things other than leave in conditioner in my hair or applying heat to it. It does smell really nice: citrusy and zesty. The ginseng is really intriguing to me!

noyah Natural Lipstick in “Desert Rose” is the perfect “your lips but better” pink-nude for my fair skin tone! I have been looking for a shade like this for a long time! It is creamy and not drying to the lips at all. The packaging says it is a semi-matte finish, but it seems to me that it is more of a satin finish.

Trust Fund Beauty Nail Polish in “Elegantly Wasted”. I love this color! I don’t think I have anything quite like it in my collection. I do have a few light purples like it but this has a unique dusty, gray tint to it. It is a two, maybe three coater and it drys fairly quickly.

I am really excited about what I received this month! How different is your bag from mine? What is your favorite thing that you got?  I think my favorite is the nail polish.

Lemongrass Spa’s “Pomegranate Body Polish” | Review

Winter is upon us. Often along with the beautiful, snowy scenes, and cozy clothes, we get dry skin. Exfoliating and moisturizing are two things that I forget to do very easily. But thank goodness there are products out there that can do both at the same time. I’ve just tried Lemongrass Spa’s Pomegranate Body Polish and was blown away by how well it can multi-task…

Four Months at IIN

Since graduating high school in 2014 I haven’t done much to further my education. Instead, I took the time to focus on my health and to work on healing. Its been almost four years since I finished school, so it feels like a good time to dip my toes back into the school scene. I decided to enroll in IIN or the Institute for Integrative Nutrition…
