Ipsy is a monthly subscription service. You receive 4 to 6 deluxe sample or full-size beauty products as well as a cute makeup bag. I love getting these! It’s like a little Christmas to look forward to in the middle of each month. I defiantly recommend this service! You get a good mix of high end and drugstore products and for $10 a month. How can you go wrong with that?

Women’s Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Lip Pencil ($20)
Women’s Urban Decay ‘Revolution’ High-Color Lipgloss ($22)
I wasn’t blown away by these. The lip liner works well, but it’s not anything special. I’m not a big lip gloss user. I think these are a little overpriced and I’m sure it wouldn’t be difficult to find dupes for a lot less money. I would love to know if you have different feelings about these! Do you love them or hate them? I feel neutral about them.

Chella Eyebrow Pencil ($18)
This is great! The product is so thin like the Anastasia Brow Wiz ($18 – $21)
or the NYX Micro Brow Pencil ($10 – $15), but it does not have the little spoolie on the end. The pencil is really precise and easy to blend, but it doesn’t rub off while blending or throughout the day. I received the shade Taupe and it is a great shade for my dark blonde brows. I defiantly recommend this brow pencil!

Klorane Smoothing and Relaxing Patches with Cornflower ($21 for 7 pairs)

These sound really interesting. Since I only received one pair I have decided to save them for when I really need them. The website claims that they are supposed to sooth, soften refresh, moisturize and brighten the eye area and reduces puffiness and smooth away lines. Have you tried these? Do you like them?

Luxie Beauty Tapered Blending Eye Brush 205

I love this brush! It is so soft and fluffy. It is the perfect size for the crease for adding a transition shade or blending a harsh line. I Think this size and shape push is a must have and I defiantly recommend this one!

Bare Republic Naturals SPF 30 Mineral Face Sunscreen Lotion ($15)

This comes as a regular moisturizer and a tinted moisturizer. It’s weird, though! It has a strange artificial fruit smell and the texture is even more strange. It feels watery at first and then it starts to feel like a weird mix between a slippery silicon primer and a very fine, loose powder. I’m not sure what to make of it. How do you like it?
Overall I am pretty happy with what I got this month! What were your favorites from your bag?
❤️ Liz

Lemongrass Spa’s “Pomegranate Body Polish” | Review

Winter is upon us. Often along with the beautiful, snowy scenes, and cozy clothes, we get dry skin. Exfoliating and moisturizing are two things that I forget to do very easily. But thank goodness there are products out there that can do both at the same time. I’ve just tried Lemongrass Spa’s Pomegranate Body Polish and was blown away by how well it can multi-task…

Four Months at IIN

Since graduating high school in 2014 I haven’t done much to further my education. Instead, I took the time to focus on my health and to work on healing.
